- If CMS deletes the deskstation, the deskstation should not be allowed to log in again not even a "grace" login. This behaviour is to be consistent with iD808.

- The iCMS will not respond to any communication made by the device after a failed upgrade.
- Fixes for CTI bugs found in system testing:
- Not able to run CTI when device in local mode (F0038861).
- Not giving error codes for busy, invalid number, unavailable intercom calls to CTI App.
- Not giving talk/list states when in SbRTP to CTI App.
- Not giving valid AppId for Hoots when in SbRTP to CTI App.

- Removed group trap SNMP messages and replaced with support for individual trap SNMP messages.
- Support up to 10 SNMP servers.
- Automatically send SMNP trap messages to configured SMNP server(s) on detection of state changes in iCMS, SIP or Network connections.
- Support for SNMPv3, including authentication and privacy.
- SNMP sysDescr (MIB II system description) string modified to report the Speakerbus product ID and software version number.

- If the user logged out to fully implement a config change, the device would automatically log in once it restarted. This was not the correct behaviour and this change ensures that the device now remains logged out. (F0038593)
- MCC not working - the Linux code receives no mcc packets though they are received by the DSPCode (DSP). (F0038516)

This is the first release of iD712 IP Mode firmware and contains the following features.

- Supports call priority to allow a higher priority call to replace the active call.
- Supports stacked group calls so that a lower priority group call is stored and accepted when allowed.
- Support user selection of the audible call from the active list.
- Supports Voice Recorder stream and CDR event generation.
- Uses encrypted and authenticated upgrade image files to increase unit security.
- Supports gooseneck, open-mic and handset operation. Gooseneck / open-mic detected and selected automatically.
- Supports configuration and upgrade via i cms.
- Supports configuration via GUI.
- Supports the Autodiscovery protocol.
- Supports limited read-only SNMP.
- Supports primary and secondary i cms, NTP and DNS servers via manual or DHCP configuration.
- Provides a single Ethernet connection with DHCP or manual network configuration.
- Provides an RS232 serial port (via an adapter) for diagnostics and configuration in a similar manner to other i-series units.
- Supports secure engineering access via SSH for diagnostic purposes.
- Supports a technical support 'send-logs' facility.
